Floating Support
We provide a step-down service where care leavers can continue to receive support and accommodation after legally becoming adults. This is available under the request of the commissioning local authorities who find that these individuals are still in need of support. Accommodation is provided, usually in the form of a house share provision where 5 or more hours of support work are arranged.
